The University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine has various types of real estate leases. These range from leases that have been established for physician’s clinics, warehouses, administrative space/offices etc… The Facilities Administration Division is involved in many aspects related to these leased spaces.

Contact our office if you have any financial questions pertaining to your lease. We can tell you how much you are paying for rent on a monthly/annual basis, how much you pay per square foot and if there will be an increase for your lease in the near term. We can also assist in letting you know what will be covered under the lease terms, such as, electricity, water, gas, janitorial services etc…

If you need help in identifying new space for growth/expansion you can begin the process by contacting the Medical Center’s “Space Management & Planning Office”.
